For returned products, the refund process is initiated when the refunded products are delivered to us. The completion time of the transaction may vary between 7-10 working days.

Free order is available for all of the cities in Turkey. For the orders from abroad, the shipping cost is reflected as an addition to the product price.

The return process is 30 days from the date of order.

Unfortunately, the option of paying at the door is not available.

Oben & Tanem products are sold by our sales partners, such as Beymen and Etsy shops, at online sales platforms they use. Purchasing options are linked for each product at the product details page.

If there is a defect in the product you received, please contact us right away by filling out the contact form.

Your order, excluding the official holidays, will be delivered to the cargo on the stock Friday of the next week after the order date, depending on the availability.
